Jun Takeda (Leader, Professor), Department of Physics, YNU

Jun Takeda was born in Tokyo, Japan. He received the B. Sc. degree from Sophia University (1984, Tokyo), the M.Sc. degree from Tohoku University (1986, Sendai), and the Ph. D. degree in experimental physics from Tohoku University (1988, Sendai). From 1988 to 1989, he received a research fellowship for young scientists from MEXT. He has been Professor of Physics at YNU that time. His current research interests cover femtosecond laser spectroscopy and ultrafast nonlinear dynamics of materials.
